For such cases, we have designed this policy to handle all requests professionally and justifiably. All clients booking our service or interacting with the agency are required to agree with them or refrain from any interactions with the service if there is any disagreement with the policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
If you have paid double for the
same service- The service fails to deliver
your work by the decided time and no partial delivery has been made.
- The content contains plagiarism
beyond the acceptable rate.
- The service fails to match your
original instructions, despite multiple revisions.
- The service is late in assigning
the relevant writer, and you want to cancel the order
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- You no longer require the
service after the order has been confirmed and the writer is assigned
- Order issues that can be
rectified through revisions.
- If the service is delayed in
order preparation and delivery because of the client’s own fault, such as incorrect,
incomplete info, unresponsiveness and more.
Partial Refunds
There are cases when a full refund is not eligible. The refund amount is decided based on the work delivered and case severity. All such cases are handled by our quality assurance team and are finalised after a thorough review.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide a valid reason and
supporting evidence, such as a Turnitin report, feedback from the institution, receipt, etc.
- Our quality assurance team will
review your case and a refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after request

If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time is 24 to 48 hours, but it may vary depending on your bank or processor.
